Terms of service

1. Scope These Terms govern all purchases made through theguideshop.at (the "Shop"), operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], Austria ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
2. Our products We sell digital products — downloadable guides and templates in PDF or similar formats ("Digital Content"). No physical goods are shipped.
3. Formation of contract Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. You make a binding offer by completing checkout. The contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or provide the download.
4. Prices and payment All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by our payment providers and is due at checkout.
5. Delivery Digital Content is delivered electronically immediately after successful payment, via download link and/or email. Please ensure your email address is correct; we are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect details.
6. Licence and permitted use Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, publicly share, or reproduce the Digital Content in whole or in part. All intellectual property rights remain with us.
7. Right of withdrawal For consumers in the EU/EEA, the statutory right of withdrawal and its waiver for digital content are set out on our "Right of Withdrawal & Refunds" page, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Warranty (Gewährleistung) Statutory warranty rights for digital content apply to consumers as provided by Austrian law. As the content is informational, we do not warrant that it will achieve any specific result for your situation.
9. Disclaimer — informational content Our guides provide general information only. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or tax advice, and do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. You act on the information at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing law Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Severability If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
